Many parts of your statistics are correct.

However, I say that you MUST consider something else:

How many of those ‘new jobs’ are really jobs that were transplanted from states like California that the company owners were driven out of where they were comfortable until Califronia & it’s illegals & Democrat voters kept taxing them & regulating them into making the decision to MOVE?

IF California & other states had run their territories with a kinder hand & kept the EPA & the AQMD & all the Sacramento legislators & Union money out of their companies—HOW MANY of those companies would have totally uprooted & relocated?

I know of more than one company that relocated out of Calif. Some went to Texas—no income tax was a lure. Less regulation was a lure. Some went to Tennessee- same story-less taxes & less regulation & easier permit processes. One went to Missouri. Lower land costs for his building needs.

Texas has been growing, YES, but a large part of that growth is from the ESCAPING unhappy people in other states.

There is a difference between a totally NEW JOB & one that moves into Texas from Califronia. That is a TRANSPLANTED JOB & doesn’t lower unemployment.

So this proves the point that Perry as three times governor has enacted, approved, and kept business friendly policies that made Texas prosperous. He fought regulations that handicapped businesses. This is what we greatly need in a President.
