I don't know. I'm thinking they (WH etc) are still so full of themselves that it hasn't dawned on them this is in danger of turning into a PR disaster.

The WH surely knows that if this gets out of bounds, it’s going to turn off the independent voters. Those are the ones they have lost and must get back to win in 2012.

This chicanery will rev up their base, but that’s not enough to win.

The Progressives are so used to owning the media, they aren't worried about incidents like this getting wide coverage.

It is all about the new media vs the MSM. We are winning...slowly.
