It’s not stated but I assume it’s not taxed like goods, we don’t know about services yet.

But I would think the lion’s share of monthly expenses are utilities, mortgages and car payments which would be taxed up front if bought new which is unlikely at that level of income. Cain hasn’t disclosed all the details yet so your guess is as good as mine.

I don’t have any car loans. FWTW. Just maintenance and repair expenses. Three cars, monthly average costs on each including purchase, maintenance, repairs and replacements of parts, state inspections, and excluding fuel and insurance in $165 or under, after allowing for current resale value to a private buyer. Those costs would be federal sales taxable? Some part at least.
