The only way this will get on the ballot is to raise enough money to pay signature gatherers.

That's absolutely true. Unfortunately, I think there'll be a lot of talk and too little action.

We just saw the signature gathering failure this week. It was an effort to stop the addition of homosexual history/studies to all CA school textbooks. Social conservatives just didn't care.

Perhaps Donnelly's effort will be better organized but there's no assurance the funding needed will materialize.

Unfortunately, I think there'll be a lot of talk and too little action.

It is up to each one of us. This is another incremental step towards amnesty. We all know the story. First, who would deny elementary education to kids? Well, now the 'kids' are in college. Next they will graduate and they will have to be legalized to be able to use their taxpayer paid education.

Just by coincidence (/sarcasm) they will also be able to vote and the Rats will get 10-20 million new voters and never lose another election.

The US will be even more a communist banana republic and all our assets will be confiscated to distribute to the down trodden.

So a lot is riding on this being stopped and those who do not act now will bear the consequences later along with the rest of us.

Do you have a link to the measure? What happened?

Unfortunately I travel a lot and have not heard what went on to stop this sickening thing Brown did.
