I haven’t read up on whether this drug has spread to Ukraine, Poland, etc: I’m sure it has, by now. If they’re finding it in Germany, I’m sure it’s elsewhere in the former East Bloc. I live near the border between the Czech Republic and Poland, and I haven’t seen anyone (yet) looking like an extra from “Dawn of the Dead”. But I’m sure it’s around.
