Two weeks ago while driving all the scenic byways in Colorado we went through Kremmling.
All things considered I’d rather be in Canute, Oklahoma.
And Canute is a real crap hole.

Kremmling sits in a valley which is in a rain shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The town does not get near the snow and precip that other nearby areas do. However, cool spots are close by.

The place reminds me of Lago (HELL) in Clint Eastwood's High Plains Drifter.
