If you look at the charts that've been so graciously provided by other Freepers you'll see that 4 years ago Romney was tooling along at like 14% and then Giuliani dropped out. Romney shot to 22/23% ~ right where he's at today.

We could easily presume that Romney represents the Giuliani interest group within the Republican Party.

He also represents the Romney interest group.

Each one, by itself, is a minority. Both together are still a minority. Perry has 11% more "to give" and we have a couple of other Conservative candidates there, and if they give it all up CAIN HAS A MAJORITY OF REPUBLICAN VOTES ALREADY!
