IMO, a politician who “sells out his country for money and power” is a traitor and can be accurately described as an enemy within. What is your name for these political Elites who have sold their corrupt souls to Satan? Can we all agree that we have hundreds of these bottom feeders in office in DC and at every level of government throughout this nation? We are living in a political Sodom and Gomorrah. In my opinion, we have never in our history had such human waste occupying our government. We have truly disgraced our forefathers and all those who died and sacrificed to keep us free.

The CONGRESS (not the DOE) shall have power to DISPOSE of and make all NEEDFUL (???) rules and regulations respecting the Territory or other PROPERTY belonging to the United States.
Since we are Never going to see ANY return on this blatant Graft, it qualifies as DISPOSING of Property belonging to the United States.
