We need to make sure Romney hears this loud and clear, and is forced to commit to repeal, in the semi-likely eventuality he ends up being elected POTUS.

Yes, Romney is the problem. He glibly said last night that he will give waivers for all 50 States by Executive Order and then the Senate would revoke through reconciliation. In the ensuing banter, there seemed to be agreement that the latter would remove the mandate. Not so fast:

As it stands, Romney has a big "out" from his supposed commitment to repeal.
