Of course they should use Reconciliation to repeal it. Why is this even a question?

Reconciliation cannot repeal all of the Affordable Care Act, only the portions relating to spending. The result is unclear. Governor Romney is presenting reconciliation as the tool to effect repeal. He is promising to repeal ObamaCare and then misrepresenting how he will achieve that.
