But it’s not a ploy. It’s a valid and bold plan with one small problem... it creates a new revenue generating engine for the federal government.

You can throw out the third leg without throwing out the plan.

I agree, we don't want that at all. The worst of all possible outcomes: A national sales tax *and* an income tax. It's reason enough for me to vote against the man.
