Santorum asks a good question about 9-9-9 to Cain. Whats to stop him from raising it in the future?
Cain - it’s simplicity and visibility will allow the people to hold the Congress’ feet to the fire if they ever tried to raise it. And that if 9-9-9 is implemented, he’ll be President and will not sign anything to raise it.
