Audio of the debate will be carried live on Bloomberg Radio if you don't have access to Bloomberg TV on your cable service and/or the web live-stream video is unusable because of a slow Internet connection.
Yeah, the video stream should self-adjust the bandwidth usage but doesn’t, in my case. So I am getting brief clips of streaming video along with continuous audio from streaming radio which is better than nothing.
