No, but Bachmann's approach just doesn't come across as presidential and I think that explains why her polling has cratered. She sounded so shrill and hysterical on the HPV stuff and I think it really, really hurt her.
Bachmann is right on almost every issue. I probably agree with her more than any other candidate, but she just doesn't come across terribly well and I think she's mostly been dismissed as not presidential material.
