Cain said that the doubling of the sales tax would be offset by the lower corporate tax breaks because corporations would lower their prices to stay competitive.

(I say doubling because I already pay 8.25 in Texas so my sales tax rate would more than double as would all those below the poverty level. What a losing issue)

Debate is taking place at Dartmouth College and the pre-debate show is outside the auditorium with college kids screaming/chanting in the background. Finally had to mute the sound. After Occupy Wall Street, I’m sick of their whining. Was there in the 60’s/70’s, and that was enough for a lifetime. I only hope these malcontents are not in the auditorium or this will turn into one big fiasco.
