Number one is the case - unless you wish to argue that Sarah Palin represented anything other than herself in her speech - and if you do so choose then please identify whom she represents and with what authority.

Number three matters precisely because of the tenuous and fragile "peace" between the two Koreas...as witnessed by the fact that SK took measures to immediately distance themselves from her statements.
