Well, actually, we don't find carcasses of just about any animals in the wild very often. I'm not saying I believe there's such a creature out there, but apart from most of the odd crypto-zoology myths, the bigfoot is one that isn't all that unbelievable. I wouldn't say it's probable, but it is certainly possible that there are creatures in our wild lands that have gone mostly unseen. I say "mostly" because there ~are~ reports of people claiming to see one. Only a little less frequently than people claim to see cougars or bobcats.
