I bet there was a lot of pressure on Cristie to support Romney early. The insiders are very concerned about what has been noted of FR for years, Romney is stuck on 20%. They are worried that Cain is picking up where Perry fell down. This is a good sign that Romney is in trouble.
you may not have noticed, but it’s all these “legitimate” pols that have gotten us into this mess. .gov needs a serious shake up/reduction and it’s not going to get that from an establishment rino.
There are three people with any real chance of raising enough money and running the gauntlet of a national election: the current occupant, Mitt Romney or Rick Perry. Them’s the cold hard facts. Ignore them at your peril.
That’s why I sent my second largest donation ever to Cain. (largest was many years ago to libertarians). Cain can win easily in the general, the primary is his only real challenge. I hope he does well but I would be fine with Perry also.

I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that Cain has a 'real shot' at winning. If that should fail, I'll consider my options then.
