Holder does appear to be piling up a lot of legal jeopardy. He will want zero to pardon him no doubt if he is convicted.
Questions for fellow freepers:
1. If Holder is charged, can a prez give a pardon before a conviction?
2. What would it take for the GOP to not charge Holder? In other words, how much dirt would Holder give up on zero?
3. If it looks likely that Holder continues to hold out for zero, when should the GOP start the indictment process to gain the maximum benefit for the elections?

I don't know about a "pardon before a conviction," but Obama's Dept. of Justice won't be indicting Holder, IMHO.

The most the GOP in the House can do is vote in the affirmative on articles of impeachment. Up to 17 rat senators looking to keep their seats next November will have to explain a vote not to remove Holder.
