I would “vote” for him! :)
He can’t be King because he is Catholic (it automatically removes him from the line of succession under British law). He was the first male of the ‘blood Royal’ to convert to Catholicism since Charles II’s deathbed conversion in 1685, and though he was never likely to become King (I can’t remember his exact placement but he was somewhere in the “20th to 30th” in line to the throne at the time of his conversion), this makes conversion an even bigger decision for him than for most. Not surprising perhaps, that he does take his faith seriously.
