I do. You have nothing to worry about. The “You don’t want to see sausage made” meme shows a lack of knowledge about the industry. I know what goes into them and much of it is better than you can buy at the grocery store.
There's sausage, then there's stuffed casings called sausage.
The meme refers to the latter; it is highly spiced for a reason. The former is what I make.
