It's a real pity they couldn't manage to express that same skepticism the laswt time copyright was extended retroactively to make sure Steamboat Willie never makes it into the public domain. I have zero respect for copyright on anything more than 30 years old.

The Brothers Grimm's heirs should have sued Disney for the unauthorised use of Grimm fairy tales for several of Disney's animated movies and characters.

Indeed, Disney has reached deep in to the public domain for ideas quite often, yet it is somehow wrong when their works lose their copyright.

Crony capitalism has run rampant in this country for decades. One nation - of, by and for the corporate interests. It's why politicians go into the business as normal folk, but leave as multimillionaires.
