IRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) Terrified by Alabama's strict new immigration crackdown, parents living in the state illegally say they are doing something that was unthinkable just days ago asking friends, relatives, co-workers and acquaintances to take their children if they're arrested or deported.
((snip))
"We're afraid to go back to Mexico because of the drugs, the cartels and the killings," Gonzalez said. "And we are afraid to stay here because of the law."

Either take 'em with you or we'll put 'em to work for a buck a day making shoes.
Pick one.
It's past time to be playing nice.
They will find a safe spot in California were we will give them homes, medical care, money, and a college education.
(since is a very similar article from a moment ago, I’ll just re-post here)
I think the intent of these articles is to make some of the Republican positions on illegals look, how do you say, oh yes, HEARTLESS, thereby opening the door for an Illegal-coddling governor (or former governor) to take the nomination.
In other words, Cain scares them to DEATH, as he would have them packing in ALL 50 STATES.
You know, I was being my sarcastic self but I think you are on to something. Send in mercenaries and what they take, they keep. That would work.
Hope the Alabama legislature doesn’t give in to the hysterical sob stories. The liberals are terrified the country will see just how well enforcement works.
How ‘bout them liberals? They always want to
enforce non-existent laws against businesses
and ignore existing laws when it comes to
their pet causes.
They fear returning to Mexico — but are all so proud of their “Mexican heritage.”
The law didn't seem to phase you when you snuck over the border
My ass bleeds for them.
Well, they can always go to Texas, where Perry is patiently waiting for the feds to do anything.
...And the Cartel's paid politicians would claim the US is paying the mercenaries to invade the soveriegn territory of Mexico, which brings in the Federales, and of course the UN would have to get involved...
Meanwhile, our own BATF is STILL walking guns to the Cartels, which are killing US citizens who were hired by expat Mexicans to clean up their country...
Who writes this stuff anyway?
They can always go to Texas where Perry advocates giving them taxpayer subsidized handouts.
Liberals in Rat states should create a charity program to take the poor dears right into their own homes and care for them.
If they are refugees from violence in Mexico, they should apply to the UN for help relocating just like other political/violence refugees the world over.
Let the UN patriate Mexican regugees to all the countries in the world, we’ll take our share too, but not all of them.
Bottom line is we are subsidizing Mexico’s lack of crime enforcement, lack of political stability, lack of economic opportunity for it’s people, etc. These are all MEXICO’s fault and they should be sanctioned in the UN by the international community.
What the heck is the UN for anyway? Let’s use it to our advantage and demand they put Mexicans in refugee camps IN MEXICO until such time as they can be taken out of harm’s way in Mexico ... patriate them to all the countries in the world .... divide them up evenly among all the countries and charge the Mexican government for the costs of all this.
They need to take their kids and they need to go home.
The man’s BOSS his BOSS?? WTF? is he doing working here? ICE needS to visit his boss.
Hi TM. That will never happen. Liberals want ILLEGALs here but they want you and me to pay the costs related to them being here. And, of course, in the mind of the average liberal we are racists because we don't want to.
Now there’s a thought, repatriat them to Gaza.
It’s more than that. The illeagal/Hispanic vote is the only future besides unions that the regime/dems have. Absent that they will be in the dustbin of history and soon.
