* I agree, maybe Moonbeam knows a referendum is already set to go..no way this thing will see the light of day plus doesn’t go into effect until Jan 1, 2013.
Plenty of time to reverse because the backlash is going to be fierce. I hear that even moderate dems don’t agree with this.
