Recognizing the fact that my eyes hurt when I read what this person says but if one is to interpret it correctly, Does she not say that the reactions of the public are due to something SHE and her minions caused and effected, but since Bush was DUMB ENOUGH (my interpretation) to sign it, it is his fault.
