Given that many aspects of BHO's life appear to be hidden and what we do know is that he is in fact a biological / ideological child of 1960's Marxists and radicals continuing on through college and most of his life -- it's a plausible story IMO. Though of course ideal to be rejected as "tin-foil hat" by many but especially by those wanting to hide it.

It seems to be that among a myriad of sources to prove Soviet shenanigans the Venona papers -- if they are ever fully translated -- would knock skeptics of thses kinds of stories off their high horses
