I can never understand their business model? It is easily copied by local newspapers and local flyers. IMO, I think Groupon, especially the CEO, will rue the day they refused Google tremendous buyout offer!

Isn't that like saying the post office plans to significantly cut moving mail?

Their "model", apparently, is to do whatever everyone else does, sell personal data and clicks.

Groupon is a fraud and the bubble will burst.
I never found an offer that I could get unless I traveled to Boston.
Traveling for 2 hours to save a couple of dollars is not my idea of being smart.
