“It doesn’t matter so much if Perry is “done” or not, truth matters, that’s why we proved your false statement false that he’s against troops on the border”

So he’s a flip flopper?? He certainly said he’s against it during the debates.

You Perry bots sure like to ignore the reality that he’s a RINO.

He never said any such thing. He's always said we need more troops on the border.

While there are National Guard troops on the 2000 mile border with Mexico, only 250 of the 1200 are deployed along the 1200 miles of Texas' border. Perry has repeatedly asked for more -publicaly saying we need 3000 troops for Texas. Read this news report from a year ago. He also pushed the Federal government to allow the military practice to their skills with unmanned Predator aircraft along our border ("They’ve gotta practice somewhere.”)

You posted a statement that claims the exact opposite, If you're telling the truth, it's your responsibility to find the words and back them up.

http://www.texastribune.org/texas-legislature/82nd-legislative-session/texas-senate-to-the-feds-pay-for-border-security/

Last year Gov. Rick Perry asked the federal government for 3,000 extra border patrol officers, 1,000 National Guard troops and aerial drones, like those used in Arizona, to counter escalating border violence in Texas. The feds upped the number of border patrol officers but did not grant Perry’s requests for more aerial security or National Guard troops.
