Uh, doesn’t anybody think maybe this judge has a sense of humor and did this to piss off the stupid Fish and Game people?

He probably could have given this guy a pretty stiff fine.

Just sayin’.

He saved the birds life. If it had got the fish it probably would have gotten tangled in the fishing line, possibly swallowed the hook.

He should be given a medal for his efforts.

At first I thought “Good point!” Then I realized that this could only be true if the judge had ordered the Game and Fish to retrive said bird so he could do it in person. :)

That was my impression...the judge flipping off the feds...my question is...how do they know if he is apologizing to the right eagle? Did Mr. Williams pick him out of a line-up?
