Undocumented Student's Criminal Case Reopened

MARIETTA, Ga. - A judge has reopened a criminal case against an undocumented college student in Georgia who was nearly deported after being charged with traffic violations and arrested.
Cobb County Superior Court Judge Mary Staley on Friday asked prosecutors to meet with the sheriff to determine whether a pretrial diversion program is appropriate for Jessica Colotl. Immigration authorities have deferred action on her case.

This is a no brainer: what part of “illegal” doesn't this judge understand? Screw this little twit — put her on the next plane to Saudi Arabia and see how she likes being a love slave for an oil sheik.

Their Spanish conquerors screwed them and continue to. Every freakin Indian and semi-Indian from Latin America wants to come here illegally and they are very arrogant about it. They think they have some kind of god given (an Indian god no doubt) right to come and live here
