It appears that way. I mean that is his own words. He also seems to have issues with some citizens being able to practice their 1st Amendment rights too. Of course many on this site would agree that it’s fine even though it sets up a dangerous precedent for the future.

I've brought up the same point elsewhere and heard crickets from the Cain supporters. Cain says we couldn't take out an America al Qaeda member because it starts a slippery slope, but it's just dandy banning one religion's houses of worship because that doesn't discriminate against that religion (huh?).
