I am writing Internet Articles on this stuff now, and what is funny, is that it is pretty simple to understand once you read the long case about 2 or 3 times, and I am not even a lawyer. . And the short Indiana case is even easier. The Minor case is easy, too and pretty short. I had to google a couple of things like “common law” and I had to ask my BFF Fabia Sheen, Esq., a lawyer, about what happens if there is “common law” and then something like a amendment comes along, which do you go by then, but she explained it and that was easy to understand, too. Plus, I do some typing and other help for her and I had 6 hours of Business Law in college, sooo I am getting really comfortable with reading this kind of stuff, and it is not much different from being in Debate. And Drama.
Then, the rest of it is just like My Cousin Vinny, and you just have to watch for where the Vattle Birthers try to fool you.
