NBC has been defined by both case law and the U.S. Code Title 8 section 1401. Nonsense. I gave a direct citation from Wong Kim Ark that backs up the point. When construing the 14th amendment, the court in Minor said nowhere in the Constitution are these words (natural-born citizen) defined. Statutory law does NOT override that. Sorry.
