Would mean so much more if they also called for felony charges against him and agents in the ATF & FBI involved in this mess. Then theres the DEA, HLS and State Dept as well. I fear Holder will be DCs atonement plan for the affair.

Holder Lied… Attorney General Failed to Reveal 7 Legal Briefs During Confirmation
... Earlier this week, the Justice Department said Holder failed to tell the Senate about one brief he signed related to the Padilla case, prompting outcries from Republicans who said it offered more details about Holder's views on key policies.
The other six briefs related to issues such as race discrimination and a challenge to a prison sentence
I applaud these 9 Sheriffs for stepping up to the plate, but there are over 3,000 Sheriffs in this country.
Calling for accessory to murder charges for any “future victims” of Fast and Furious guns is certainly a good thing, but what about justice for the deaths of previous victims?
IMHO, these cases are infinitely more important than any of the terrorist/911 cases....

God bless those sheriffs but I suspect that there will be back door deals with the Senators and Reps from Arizona that if they don’t stifle those sheriffs, then fed funding for projects will suddenly be very hard to get...
