Back in the early 90's, I was going on a camping trip with some friends... While driving back from getting the "family truckster" tunned up, a drunk driver slammed into the back of the van.

It was around noon and the weather was clear in Philly that day. The police told my friend's Dad that there was nothing they could do, the guy did not have a; license, address, job... never thought about it then but he was illegal.
