I was at the Dentist the other day. Liz Taylor’s personal collection of jewelry, which is being sold at auction was being shown on the television.

The dental assistant said, “Now that is so wrong. Nobody should be able to own that much. They should have to sell it, and give the money to the poor.”

In my head I thought, “What are you some commie social justice weirdo?”, but what I said was, that I disagreed. That whether the jewelry was paid for by Liz Taylor, or she received it as gifts from husbands or admirers, it was hers to do with what ever she wanted. Just as it was the right of those who purchased it for her to spend their money that they had earned however they wanted.
