I sure wish there was a way of surveying the unemployed, underemployed and unemployable separately.
The unemployable are are probably busy marching on Wall Street.

This only means as many new unemployed joined the list as left it.
One leaves the official unemployed after 6 months. I suppose one can become employed too, but that’s up there with unicorn sightings and fairy dances lately.
