Lobo felt that the world today has become global, as well as trade and communications, therefore "you also have to globalize solidarity as well as the right of any citizen of the world to live where they want to live."If you have any doubt about Mr. Lobo being a Globalist as opposed to being a "nationalist" this should remove all doubt.
