Perhaps, but that is probably a guess on your part. Let's assume it's true. I think most high profile candidates face death threats. Is she now the only person you know of to drop out of a race due to death threats? You are now suggesting that her enemies ran her out of Alaska AND the White House.

And, yes, soldiers face "DAILY, SERIOUS DEATH THREATS", too. So, again, I ask...should a father seek permission from a child before going off to war?

Soldiers don't generally get their churches burned down, and theirs kids are not generally threatened with rape and murder, just for their efforts to serve. It wasn't just Sarah being threatened.

Since you pretend not to know this, you are obviously part of the problem.

Sarah Palin has stated numerous times that her family comes first, and who is anyone to begrudge her that. Yes, I'm disappointed that she isn't running, but it is what it is, and it's that simple. She's not a God and she's not a Superhero. She's a human being just like anybdoy else. No more, no less, and she has her priorities, just like anybody else. Right now her priority is her family, and God bless her for that.

People need to seriously grow up about this issue and simply let it go, and let her go. Honestly, doesn't she deserve it after all she's been through? Considering all the nonsense that I've been reading here these last few days, it's no wonder some of her family members have had enough. I would too.

Leave her alone, and let her do what she wants. Maybe then we can get back to the job of ousting this Marxist Dictator, hopefully with her help...and like she said, the problem isn't just one single person. It's all of Congress, and if we can't get our act together over this one political seat, how the hell are going to tackle the entire Congress.
