I did see the Everly Bros! Didn’t know about the marriage to one of the Chordettes. Yes, I recall the song. I was fairly young in ‘58, but I watched American Bandstand, so I knew all the songs!

Yes , I was very young then too. We always had the radio playing in the house and my siblings were teens already, so the late 1950s was a very special time for a young exit82.

And a special time for American music.

(oh, the Everly Bros,--one of them was married to the daughter of one of the Chordettes, not one of them.)
