I live just down the road in Blaine. I have 20 years on her, but she does look like someone I have seen before. Likely at the burger king she listed as a past employee in ham lake. I use to stop there on my way up to UpullRparts.

That’s not acne, that’s a meth addict picking at the “bugs” she feels running over her face.
Getting busted might be the best thing for her, if she is willing to ask for help.
