Another one living in an alternate political universe, I see, where a candidate's ability to raise money "should" mean nothing so is DOESN'T mean anything. Wow.

It's Capitalism in action on the political front, baby. People are voting with their pocketbooks and Perry is outdrawing them all. He'll be our next president. Waaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!

Like Romney, the majority of Perry's donations are from big business and special interest looking for favors. Assuming the typical one-time donation from a private citizen is $100 (probably high), Perry got $2 million from private citizens and $15 million from special interests.
