Power mad clerk. Recently heard of a Freeper in Fla denied renewal of her drivers liscense. Clerk was demanding originals of just about everything except her dental records.

Typical DMV shitbag. When I went to the DMV here in Louisiana, it took me 4 trips to get a driver's license. The clerk required my ORIGINAL birth certificate, not a copy. On my final trip to the DMV, the clerk glanced at my original birth cert., then processed my driver's license.

FYI: I'm an active duty Army officer, showed her my Army ID card, and was in uniform.

The clerk required my ORIGINAL birth certificate, not a copy.

That stipulation has always puzzled me. There is only ONE original birth certificate.
Everything else is a copy of that, generally notarized that it is a true and accurate copy.

What actually constitutes an "original"?
