Coal stoves are good, too. No chopping. Good Wyoming coal.

I could go with a corn burner. LOTS of corn in MN.

Growing up in Montana my family had a coal furnace. I still remember having to empty the ashes every night, sometimes at 30 degrees below zero - no thank you! I also had to shovel the coal into a trailer at the mine, haul it to the house, and shovel it into a bin. Then every couple of days I used 2 five-gallon buckets to haul the coal around to the furnace hopper at the back of the house. I love electric and gas heat.
