If you want to leave the door open to four more years of Obama supreme court appointments and are OK with four more years of Holder because the GOP nominee is not conservative enough, hey - your choice.
I don’t know who “Mittens” is, but yeah, any GOP nominee would be better. Absolutely. Even anyone McCain would have chosen would be better than Sotomayor and Holder.

I would rather devote energy into a Conservative majority in the Senate rather than voting for a RINO...as regards the SCOTUS appointments.
Why?
If a RINO is in the WH, the Senate will rubber stamp any SCOTUS appointments. Even another Stevens, Blackmun, or Warren.
If we have a conservative majority in the Senate (a very reachable goal, btw), a Dhimmicrat nominee will be vetted. And vetted very hard.
Which one would be worse?
