In-state tuition is allowed for children born in Mexico and brought to Texas (and not removed by the Feds and who must not have their legal status asked in public schools by Fed law) -- who have attended 3 years of H.S. and graduated in Texas and are working toward citizenship to PAY instate tuition -- (the vast majority of them attend community college).

I appreciate your fervent backing of your candidate choice, however, as to in-state tuition, what part of the word “illegal” don’t you understand? This issue, along with other comments Perry has made about a bi-national healthcare program, and comments on other border issues, is still a deal breaker for me. That’s how important I believe the issue of illegal immigration is to me, and to this country.
As a reward of years of subsidized educations, the precious little invaders get subsidized college education and affirmative action as non-whites. Of course, once they have gone through the leftist indoctrination centers they will surely be Republicans. Except that they are not citizens, remain illegal aliens (colonists/invaders...) and cannot legally work here.
