In agreement with your pithy summation, but not even a need for the word “muslim”; it is rhetorical.

What makes you say that? You don't think Hezbelloh is playing an active role in Mexico or the Muslim Brotherhood is busy here in the US?

And here's a tidbit that might make an American go hmmmmmmm. I mean, what with the recent news about the State Department approving tons of guns for a front company in Mexico, any mention of muslim is not necessarily rhetorical.
