ahh but it gets the ball rolling doesnt it, then they can call for other stuff, its basically putting Obama and holder on the block, if Obama refuses a SP.

I am sure that Obama will try to nominate a pet investigator but they tend to get off the leash. Prosecutors love to prosecute and their power and influence grows as they dig deeper and expand the investigation beyond the original scope. I still think that Holder should be held in Contempt of Congress and put in jail for lying to Congress (the house can do this on its own). That way he will be in jail and have a harder time impeding the prosecutor.

Exactly. How about a special prosecutor for the whole F & F gunwalker thing? Including who in the WH knew and/or was directing/authorizing criminal activities.
