on the bright side I suppose there’s always a nice cushy job at Merck waiting for you...
To: MNJohnnie
Perrys support for the Texas policy of providing in-state tuition to the children of illegal immigrants appears to be a significant problem in the GOP race. Bingo!

The Tea Party and Republicans are hungry for a winner against the Usurper. And Perry does not look like one.

Governor of a state of 25 million with a 1200 mile international border and 40% of the job creation in the country over the last two years is prime time.
Oh wait, pandering, saying what you would do without ever having to have done it, and coming up with snarky comments is what substitutes for prime time now a days.
We'll see when the quarterly donations are announced who is ready for prime time.

On RealClearPolitics, they have it reported at Romney at 25, Cain and Perry at 17, not the 16 listed above and Gingrich tied with Paul at 9 and Bachman at 7 and Santorum at 2 and Huttsman at 1.
Maybe I’m missing something.

By the way, I like Perry and would gladly vote for him if he could beat “the one.”

Pretty Boy Perry seems to not understand how fed up a majority of Americans are with illegal immigrants!
Not that I wouldn't vote for him over Obamah, just saying.

Live by the poll, die by the poll.
When Perry was way up all of you Perry supporters were insisting "We had to back Perry because all the polls show only he can beat 0".
Don't complain now that the Perry camp's own tactics of poll watching have come back and bit you candidate.

By the way there is a great new article in the Houston Chronicle on how Perry defended the Confederate flag on state grounds when the NAACP tried to have them removed. Perry as Lt.Governor said we should never forget our history.
Join in with the left and the Romney folks in trashing that too.

ABC must have the finest faux polls which Romney can buy.
CONSERVATIVES WILL NOT VOTE FOR ROMNEY.
CONSERVATIVES WILL NEVER VOTE FOR ROMNEY. NEVER.

Great! Tell me about your candidates plan to secure the border and deport the 12 million illegals and build the 2000 mile fence.

I’m more concerned about his love for muzzies. Deal-killer for me.
To: MNJohnnie
Cain and Perry are tied. If people would stop giving Romney a pass, maybe he wouldn’t be in the lead. Perry is way more conservative than Romney.
To: normy
Like you, I've been a naturalized Texan for over 30 years. I'm not a big fan of Perry, but the "Pile On Perry" campaign is growing tiresome.
Solyndra, Fast & Furious, a bear market, 9+% unemployment...you mean to tell me these are less important than a sign that was painted over 30 years ago?
You mean to tell me that NOBODY knew about this until last week? How come KBH or Lanier didn't bring this up in their campaigns against Perry?

Use your brains not emotions, consider the source of the poll and their reasoning
Wash Post poll and you are all of a sudden accepting the results as gospel? Tells me they are scared to death of him
Romney Bots beware the Zotz of Jim Robinson, you have been warned. He is NOT a fan, neither is he one of Ron PAul
Choose your poison wisely

Something about him bothered me, but, since I couldn’t put my finger on it, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But when he tried to justify taxpayer subsidies for illegal aliens’ college education, he lost me.
To: normy
Great!
Let's just have open borders! ...Taxpayers funded services for everyone!! Woo-Hoo!
Sounds like you'd be just fine with that?

This is why you Perry supporters are in such trouble. Just like the Progressive Left, you spend all your time posting hysteric bile laced personal attacks at anyone who does not share your mindless cult of personality worship for your candidate.
When Conservative see people, supposedly on our side, engaging these Leftist style political tactics, we have to wonder just what you all are trying to hide.
Instead of blaming everyone else for you candidate's self destructive behavior, take a good hard look at Perry's fundamental incompetence as a campaigner.
Face it, Perry simply is not ready for the big time.
