Obama will drag all this out and if he loses the 2012 election, there will be Presidential pardons all around. As far as I know, these pardons are absolute and unrevokable. If any Freeper attorneys want to weigh in, alternative views are solicited.

It is absolute and not revokable so your are correct, it is nice to be king by the way.

If recollection serves me well, John Mitchell then AG went to jail during the Nixon coverup matter. So, Holder’s going to a facility may be possible.

It still aggravates me to no end that Bush allowed Scotter Libby to go to jail. That and his insane immigration policy is not forgivable.
